1:1 Psychological Therapy
I offer 1:1 therapy sessions for adults (aged 18+) via Zoom video calls.

I provide tailored support to help you tackle your eating and/or body image difficulty.
Weekly sessions cost £90 for self-funding clients and last for 1 hour.
I offer some concessionary rates for students, clients who are unemployed, and those on low incomes.

1:1 Supervision
I am a qualified supervisor and offer 1:1 supervision to trainee or qualified psychological therapists who are working integratively with clients experiencing disordered eating and/or who are practicing as integrative therapists more generally.
I am a BACP member as well as BPS chartered and HCPC registered; I work in accordance with all these ethical and professional frameworks.

My fee is £90 per hour session; I offer concessionary rates for students and for practitioners working within charities.
Group supervision
I offer group supervision for small groups of psychological therapists (e.g. counselling psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors) who encounter disordered eating and/or body image distress in their work.
I use a relational integrative approach in my clients and use this same approach to inform my supervision practice.
I also offer group supervision to small groups of psychological therapists working in a relational and integrative way with clients more generally, and focussing on issues other than those around eating and body distress.

Group supervision is a great place to learn from others' work as well as receive rich input regarding your own.

My fee differs according to the amount of practitioners in the supervision group.
