There's no such thing as a silly question!
Here are the answers to some of the questions I get asked...
What are your fees?
My standard fee for self-funding clients is £110 per 60-minute session.

Do you offer any concessionary fees?
I am able to offer a limited number of concessionary spaces for those who are on a low income (e.g. students, OAPs, unemployed people, those in receipt of certain benefits). If you require a concessionary fee, please ask when you contact me if I have any of these spaces available.

Do you accept insurance?
I am a recognised Bupa provider. Bupa is the only insurance that I can accept at present.

Do I need to have a diagnosis to work with you?
No! Many people experience significant eating difficulties but do not have any diagnosis - for all sorts of reasons.

What does "weight inclusive" mean?
When I say that I am weight inclusive, this means that I aim to support the wellbeing of people across the weight continuum, including those who are sometimes referred to as "overweight" or "obese", and those who may sadly experience weight stigma. I aim to support clients in developing a more enjoyable relationship with food, eating, and themselves - for those living in larger bodies, I do not believe that this depends on weight loss.

What if I am at a very low weight or have other medical risk factors?
The health and wellbeing of clients is my top priority. If I believed a client (or potential client) to be at a high risk of serious medical complications, I would consider options for their care with them, to ensure their immediate safety.
