The services I offer include...

1-1 Psychological Therapy

I offer 1:1 therapy sessions for adults (aged 18+) via Zoom video calls. The support I provide is tailored to your individual needs.

Sessions cost £110 and last for 1 hour. I am also a recognised Bupa provider. Some concessionary rates are available for those on a low income.

Clinical Supervision 

I am a qualified supervisor and provide supervision to trainee and qualified psychological therapists who are working integratively with clients experiencing disordered eating or who are practicing as integrative therapists more generally.

 

I am a BACP member, BPS chartered and HCPC registered; I work in accordance with all these ethical and professional frameworks. My supervision fee is £90 per hour session; I offer concessionary rates for students and for practitioners working within charities.

I also offer group supervision for small groups of psychological therapists who encounter disordered eating and/or body image distress in their work. My fee differs according to the amount of practitioners in the supervision group. Please contact me for further details or to discuss.
