Although just one symptom of a society influenced by weight stigma, unsolicited dieting advice causes distress and harm to many. It is often a contributor to an individual developing disordered eating, or struggling to overcome it. One form of unsolicited dieting advice is the posting of promotional materials through letterboxes and into people's homes - this is something I believe is worth trying to change...
