Psychological Therapy
I offer 1:1 therapy sessions for adults (aged 18+) via Zoom video calls. The support I provide is tailored to your individual needs.
Sessions are £110 and last for 1 hour.​​ I am a registered Bupa provider.​

Clinical Supervision
I provide supervision for trainee and qualified therapists who use an integrative approach with clients experiencing disordered eating. Please contact me for a free exploratory call if you would like to find out if we are a good fit.
I am BPS chartered, HCPC registered, and a BACP member; I work in accordance with all these ethical and professional frameworks. My supervision fee is £110 per hour session. ​​
